News release - Purbeck District Council is now under Conservative control.

Following on from the by-election in Lytchett Matravers, where we gained a seat on Purbeck District Council, the Conservatives are now the largest party on the Council with 12 seats to 10 (and 2 independents).

Councillor Gary Suttle was elected as the new Leader of the Council and Councillor Barry Quinn was elected as the Deputy Leader.
